The location itself was fantastic and magnificent really close to trucks reversing in to depot, the city centre and shops. There were comfy beds.

The location was peaceful in the middle of the city, and had everything you needed. We had a work desk, coffee/tea making facilities, and a TV set in the room. The host showed us the property.

Stayed here with my family and overall appreciated this apartment. Staff were very good as well as the host. The location was incredible and magnificent for a longer stay adjacent to trucks reversing in to depot, the city centre and the cathedral.

Value for money was excellent, with a well-equipped apartment that comfortably accommodated our family. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and city center. The host was responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The free, secure underground parking was a great bonus. Fresh milk, tea, coffee, and fruit on arrival were a thoughtful touch.
One small improvement would be to offer dishwater tablets for the kitchen, especially since the sinks weren't draining efficiently. But overall, a wonderful stay with great value.

The location of Allen Luxury was perfect, just around the corner from the city centre. We were able to easily explore all the attractions without any hassle. The host was also very friendly and always available via text message if we needed anything.
